Stručně řečeno, Hormuzský průliv je pro Evropu i Česko důležitý ne proto, že bychom všichni žili z íránské ropy, ale proto, že je to místo, kde se potkává bezpečnost, obchod a každodenní život.

Pro tuto práci jsem se rozhodla použít a následně zkoumat dva škrtící body, Hormuzský průliv a Suezský průplav. Důvodem, proč jsem si vybrala právě tyto body, je jejich vytížení a význam pro námořní dopravu.
